The staff were friendly, helpful and exceptionally polite. For the first time in many years the rooms were something other than uniform and sterile – the whole arrangement stood out in terms of personality and charm. At last, a hotel that recognises that there ought to be no additional charge for the use of internet access and wifi. It was a shame to have to leave… »
