Wine & Bites is a meeting place where design is combined with the traditional details of our town house hotel. You can choose from a varied assortment of half bottles of wines. We serve small 'bites', like amuses, appetizers and a plat du jour.
Our cuisine is characterised by French orientated dishes which are both traditional and modern. Let us surprise you with our various speciality dishes made from seasonal ingredients. Some of our Chefs' signature dishes are "Ceviche of sea bass with croquettes of pumpkin and king crab and a vinaigrette of orange" and "Roast Anjou pigeon with five spices and preserved young carrots, jus made with the bones".
The modern styled restaurant Dam Plaza is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In summer enjoy a refreshing drink on our terrace, while in winter you may keep yourself warm with a hot chocolate while enjoying all the activities on Dam Square.
Enjoy the French international cuisine, which is inspired by the Mediterranean. The cooking art of our Chef and his brigade will tickle your senses. Beautiful marble, wooden floors and stained glass decorations give you the ideal ambiance. You will hear the sound of animated conversations and enjoy the optimal harmony of elegant dishes created from pure products and specially selected wines. Dinner from 18:00 to 22:30 hours. From 09:00 to 01:00 hours you can have an informal bite in our bar/lounge. On Friday and Saturday until 02:00 hours.
