Norbert Schök is our resident bartender and has been associated with the La Stampa group since 2006. He has worked in bars all over Hungary and Ireland. He is trained in flair bartending as well as classic bartending. He has competed in bartending events across Europe and from 2007 Norbert will be proudly sponsored by both Mickey Finn and Midori. At just 25, he is currently ranked as Ireland’s top flair bartender as well as being ranked fourth worldwide. This all means that sampling a cocktail in Tiger Becs is a unique experience in itself!
Serving “beautiful” coffee and pastries from eight in the morning, through to café style dining in the evening, this bohemian lounge with oversized sofas and mood lighting, radiates cool chic.
Morrison Bar is the newly opened bar at the Morrison. It is an intimate bar located at the front of the hotel overlooking the Liffey and can be prebooked for private gatherings of up to 50 people. The Morrison Bar features a chic design with loungy brown leather sofas and a sprinkling of colourful velvet cushions. The stunning rose coloured picture of Bob Dylan is the focal point of Liffey and a much talked about piece of art.
Dylan Bar has a much talked about energy and buzz, and is destined to become the place to see and be seen. Overlooked by the brilliantly designed informal Still Restaurant, Dylan Bar is the perfect place to chill out, wind down, meet friends and soak in the atmosphere. A feature terrace adds space and flow to the bar's intimate size.
Featuring an octagon-shaped dome, The Octagon Bar has remained a favourite Dublin watering hole throughout the hotel's history. Filling up with its eclectic mix of residents and locals, The Octagon Bar is a popular meeting place that is available for lunches, pre-dinner drinks, informal cocktail receptions and dining.
The Library Bar is the perfect venue for a quiet drink before or after dinner – with comfortable leather seating and an extensive wine and cocktail menu.
An oasis in the vibrancy of Temple Bar, Dublin City. The Morgan Bar famed for its cocktails and tapas food has been given an even funkier look. The chandeliers marred with natural materials has made this bar the epitome of cool. No space has been overlooked by the design concept, there is a fully heated outside courtyard with gems to delight the eye while even the bathrooms have a few surprises!
The "Crystal Bar" was recently awarded the winner of the "Best Hotel Bar" by Licensing World.
